- All individuals are equal before the law and
no-one may suffer prejudice for any reason.
- The legal system is based on the British Common
Law and the British Law of Contract with certain
exceptions.
- Any Ordinance passed in Sealand by the Senate
properly constituted will exclude and take
precedence over such Laws.
- The National language of Sealand is English and
all official documents must be in that language.
All companies registered in
Sealand are subject to the same laws as
individuals.
