5PM WORK
6PM Speed Training - Dinner
7PM OPTIONAL
8PM OPTIONAL
9PM PLAN - Meditatation

WORK = Any current Project
PLAY = Video Games, Sex, Reading
PLAN = Allocate future work, Future Projects
OPTIONAL = Any of the above as the mood strikes me
